Supplement to Advice 3765-E, Modifications to Schedules
NEM-V-ST to incorporate a Net Energy Metering Bill Credit
Estimation Methodology for Generating Facilities Paired With
Small Storage Devices

The purpose of this supplemental advice filing is to revise the effective date originally
requested in Advice 3765-E filed on March 12, 2018. These changes are made in
accordance with General Order (GO) 96-B, General Rule 7.5.1, which authorizes
utilities to make additional changes to an advice filing through the filing of a
supplemental advice letter.
Ordering Paragraph (OP) 1 of Decision (D.)18-02-008 amended OP 6 of D.16-04-020
which stated SCE shall update its billing and information technology systems within 180
days from February 8, 2018 to implement the estimation methodology adopted in
D.18-02-008. As a result, SCE included the date of August 7, 2018 in Advice 3765-E.
However, SCE is able to implement the estimation billing methodology for applicable
customers as of April 6, 2018 and as such revises the Effective Date of Advice
3765-E/E-A to reflect this date.
This advice filing supplements Advice 3765-E in part, and will not change the substance
of the original Advice 3765-E.
No cost information is required for this advice filing.
This advice filing will not increase any rate or charge, cause the withdrawal of service,
or conflict with any other schedule or rule.
