PG&E’s Reply to Response of Advice Letter 5294-E

Dear Energy Division Tariff Unit:
Pursuant to Rule 7.4.4 of the California Public Utilities Commission’s (Commission or
CPUC) General Order 96-B, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) respectfully
submits this reply to the June 4, 2018 Response of Peninsula Clean Energy Authority
(PCEA) to the above-referenced Advice Letter. PCEA supports Advice Letter 5294-E
and requests that the Energy Division issue a disposition (1) approving the Advice
Letter and (2) expressly stating that the power purchase and sale agreements submitted
for review in that Advice comply with Ordering Paragraph 7 of Decision 17-12-007. 1
PG&E supports PCEA’s first request and does not oppose the second request to the
extent these requests may be characterized as a protest.
Respectfully submitted,
