PG&E’s 2019 Marketing & Outreach Plan for the Multi-Family Affordable
Solar Housing (MASH) Program

In compliance with Appendix A of Decision (D.) 08-10-036 and the subsequent Phase
One Modification in D. 11-07-031 and D. 15-01-027 for MASH, Pacific Gas and Electric
Company (PG&E) hereby requests the Energy Division’s approval of its 2019 Marketing
& Outreach Plan (M&O Plan) for the MASH programs in its service territory.
As the MASH program sunsets and remaining applications proceed through the program,
PG&E does not request an annual budget for MASH Marketing and Outreach.
PG&E submits this 2019 M&O Plan in accordance with the above Decisions and under
the new process of separating the MASH M&O Plan from the California Solar Initiative
(CSI) Plan in which it was previously filed.
MASH Marketing and Outreach Plan
I. Recap and Update of 2018 M&O Tactics
As the program was fully subscribed throughout 2018 and in that there were no
changes to the existing MASH Handbook or related training, no M&O budget was
utilized in 2018.
II. 2019 M&O Goals and Strategies
As the MASH program sunsets and remaining applications proceed through the
program, PG&E’s does not request an annual budget for MASH Marketing and
Outreach. PG&E will continue to process new applications received from it’s
successful 2017 lottery.
