Dear Energy Division Tariff Unit:
An original and a copy of substitute sheets are attached for Advice 4098-G/5544E, “Notification of PG&E’s Contract Amendment for Statewide ME&O with DDB,
Inc to extend the contract through 2021 in Compliance with Decision 19-01-005,”
submitted on May 10, 2019.
Per discussion with the Energy Division, PG&E is including the Confidentiality
Declaration as Attachment B and the unredacted Amendment #4 as Attachment
C.
In accordance with GO 96-B, Section 7.5.1, the substitute sheets are being
served in the same manner as the original advice letter, with the CPUC’s Energy
Division receiving both Attachment B and C.
Please call me at (415) 973-2094 should you have any questions regarding the
substitute sheet.
