Withdrawal of Supplemental Advice Letter 5354-E-B, Second
Supplemental: Revisions to Electric Rule 23, Community Choice
Aggregator Service, in Compliance With Decision 18-05-022 and
Resolution E-5059.

Dear Energy Division Tariff Unit:
In accordance with General Order 96-B, Section 5.3, Pacific Gas and Electric Company
(PG&E) hereby withdraws the above-referenced advice letter without prejudice.
On November 6, 2020, PG&E submitted Advice Letter 5354-E-B in compliance with
Ordering Paragraph (OP) 4 of Resolution E-5059. On November 24, 2020, PG&E received
a disposition approving Advice Letters 5354-E and 5354-E-A with an effective date of
October 9, 2020. At the request of the California Public Utilities Commission’s (CPUC)
Energy Division, PG&E withdraws this advice letter because a utility cannot supplement an
Advice Letter that has been disposed. PG&E will resubmit this information as a new Advice
Letter, Advice 6060-E, but requests that the CPUC acknowledge that by the timely
submittal of Advice Letter 5354-E-B PG&E has complied with OP 4 of Resolution E-5059.
In accordance with General Order 96-B, Section 5.3, this withdrawal letter is being
submitted in the same manner and served on the same persons as the advice letter.
Sincerely,
/S/
